a division of Varian Associates) is a subsidiary
of CPI and is located near Toronto, Canada.
Established in 1954, CPI Canada today develops,
manufactures, and markets a very diverse product
range including semiconductor power supplies
for PVD sputtering applications.
CPI Canada is able to offer the highest reliability
DC sputtering power supplies in the business.
Power Supplies in production range from 6 kW
to 108 kW and operate from 208VAC or 480VAC
line input voltages. To compliment our power
supply product lines, we offer many auxiliary
products such Active Arc Suppression Devices,
Arc Counters and Kilo-Watt Hour Meters.
CPI Canada has
in-house engineering resources to support our
products and provide on-going research and development
with the mandate to continue to grow its’
tradition of technology, leadership, and manufacturing
excellence.
The most up-to-date
manufacturing techniques are used to ensure
technological advances are immediately incorporated
into all products. This facility is registered
to the ISO9001 quality standard that means every
stage of our quality system has been examined
by exacting, third party auditors.
CPI Canada is
dedicated to the support semiconductor fabs
worldwide. CPI Canada has focused on establishing
qualified local service depots to provide timely
service to semiconductor fabs. CPI is please
